This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Roanoke's Business Perks LLC ("Roanoke's Business Perks," "we," "us," or "our"), and you ("you," "your," or "user"), the end user of Roanoke's Business Perks' services.

By using Roanoke's Business Perks' services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use Roanoke's Business Perks' services.

1. Roanoke's Business Perks LLC provides a range of Marketing and Advertising services, including but not limited to, Facebook ads, Google ads, Social Media Management, Hulu ads, Digital Billboard management, and Creative Services.

2. Limitation of Liability: Roanoke's Business Perks LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur from any involvement with Roanoke's Business Perks whatsoever. As a client, you agree to indemnify and hold Roanoke's Business Perks LLC harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of Roanoke's Business Perks' services.

3. Attorney Fees: In the event that you attempt to sue Roanoke's Business Perks LLC, you agree to pay for our attorney fees. Additionally, if you fail to pay Roanoke's Business Perks LLC and we take legal action to collect owed funds, you will be responsible for our attorney fees in addition to the funds owed.

4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Roanoke's Business Perks LLC and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

By using Roanoke's Business Perks' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
